At Prive Essentials, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit, which is why we offer a straightforward return policy.

Fragrance Returns

Full refunds are available for fragrances under the following conditions:

  • The fragrance bottle must be in its original, unopened state
  • The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • All original packaging, seals, and wrapping must be intact

Please note: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrance products.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at shop.prive.essentials@gmail.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
